5. Ryan Gosling

It takes a while to realize Ryan Gosling’s sense of humor. You’d think all these years of him being in the spotlight would make it easy yet half the time it’s really hard to figure out when he’s joking around and when he’s being serious.

But if he wasn’t charming, that role of the Driver in Drive would be even more terrifying than it already was. He can sing and now he plays piano and even him mansplaining jazz music for an entire movie was charming. And that’s saying something.

Basically, Ryan, who can very easily be obnoxious, isn’t and that’s what is so appealing about him. He’s sweet and he loves his family so much and just everything about him makes us love him more. From his tattoos to his exceptionally deep singing voice (listen to Dead Man’s Bones, they’re great), Ryan has us in his claws and he’s not letting up.

Which sucks in a lot of ways because he’s in the cutest relationship with Eva Mendes so we just get to watch Ryan from afar and think of what could’ve been if we ever got to date this hunk of a man. And believe us, he is definitely a hunk.
