39. Sam Claflin

Okay, look if you’re someone like me, the casting of Finnick Odair was very important to you. Because Finnick was the love of my life when I read The Hunger Games series and he deserved so much better.

So when they announced Sam Claflin, like many other fans, I said “Who?” but then learned to love him. This British boy with a dazzling smile, Sam has proven time and time again how fantastic of an actor he is. In the film Riot Club, he plays a completely different role and almost makes us hate him.

But he is Sam Claflin after all and we end up loving him even when he’s a terrible person. There is just something so charming about everything that he does that has fans constantly in love with him. Believe me, I would know. I drove 2 hours to see The Quiet Ones when my local theater wasn’t playing it.

We fans love Sam and for good reason! He’s just so witty and fun and he ended up being an incredible Finnick. The casting was perfect and it gave us Sam Claflin to love so the world is pretty much just better off with us all loving Sam.
