15. Hank McCoy

Hank McCoy and Raven was a thing that many of us didn’t know we truly loved until X-Men: First Class and X-Men: Days of Future Past. But the way that Frank handled Raven’s issues with her power truly made him one of the best superhero boyfriends out there.

For those who don’t know, Hank McCoy is Beast in the X-Men series. We learned in X-Men: First Class how he became Beast and what happened to him. According to the film, he was trying to find a way to suppress his webbed feet and in the creating of his solution, he ended up making himself Beast.

So apparently blue falls in love with blue and he ended up loving Raven. Now clearly in the other X-Men movies we know that isn’t a thing as she goes off with Magento but still, those scenes that the reboot (of sorts) gave us truly changed our opinion on him.

And maybe that’s because he was portrayed by the lovely Nick Hoult but still. It made many of us fall in love with Hank McCoy in a way we hadn’t done previously and for that, Beast is one of our favorite superhero boyfriends that we have around.
