15. Baby Bastard

Of all the Game of Thrones theories, this one is the hardest for us to think about. We’ll recall that, right after the Battle of the Bastards, Sansa Stark watched Ramsay Bolton get eaten alive by his own dogs that hadn’t been fed in a week. We’ll also recall that, right before he met his fate at the hands of his own hounds, Ramsay said something that gave us all a chill: “I’m a part of you now.”

This could mean one of two things.

The first, most popular, theory, is that Ramsay Bolton simply inflicted enough sexual and psychological damage on Sansa that she’ll never be the same.
But the second, more probable, theory is that Ramsay Bolton left something for Sansa Stark that’s a little bit more difficult to get rid of in the Middle Ages: a child.

Yes, it’s entirely possible that Sansa Stark is carrying a Baby Bastard of her own courtesy of Ramsay Snow Bolton. If this is the case, when the baby is born, he will have the last name of Snow, as is common for the “bastards” of the north (like Jon Snow).
