Breaking Down the Dancing With the Stars Cast By the Odds

DANCING WITH THE STARS – HEATHER MORRIS WITH MAKS CHMERKOVSKIY – The celebrity cast of “Dancing with the Stars” are donning their glitzy wardrobe and slipping on their dancing shoes as they ready themselves for their first dance on the ballroom floor, as the season kicks off on MONDAY, MARCH 20 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EST), on the ABC Television Network. Maksim Chmerkovskiy: Heather Morris, the Glee star
They rewarded Maks well for his decision to come back. Heather Morris is most known for playing her cheerleading character Brittany Pierce on Glee. But she’s actually a dancer. She even competed various styles when she was young, although they weren’t of the traditional ballroom kind. She even made an appearance on So You Think You Can Dance in 2006, though she didn’t make the final 20 of her season. She’s been a dancer for Beyonce. In fact, she first came in contact with Glee when she went to teach the cast the dance moves for “Single Ladies.” It’s enough to make you wonder if it’s entirely fair to have her on.
The other Glee cast member to appear on the show, Amber Riley, won it. And that was when her background wasn’t dancing, though she proved pretty good at it. That was also when Glee was still on the air, so the fan following was at its height. But those fans who made it to the end of the show’s run still remain, and Brittany was a much-loved character. There will be viewers who will come still to vote for her. When Maks too has his own fanbase, these two won’t want for votes. All these factors combined, and they simply must be the favorites.

Will anyone be able to get the better of them? We’ll soon find out. The 24th season of Dancing with the Stars premieres March 20th at 8, on ABC.
