Is “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” New Tonight, February 28?

With a crazy twist in the last episode, is “Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD” new tonight? They haven’t taken a break since returning in 2017…

We all really just want to see Grant Ward in the flesh again on Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD, I know. But the television gods and ABC are unfortunately making us wait just a little bit longer to see his smug Hydra face grace our screens again.

It’s funny how excited we all get for Grant Ward’s return. I think it’s mostly because it’s not a redemption arc (#NoWardRedemptionArc!) and he’ll be his super evil self because in the Framework, SHIELD no longer exists.

Hail Hydra!

Daisy and Simmons are going to try to infiltrate the Framework and wake up their cohorts… somehow. We’re a little scarce on the details, but at least those two know they’re in a computer world and not the real one. Now they just need to convince everyone around them.

Unfortunately, Agents of SHIELD doesn’t return with new episodes until April 4.

Sure, the not-State of the Union is on tomorrow night to bump it, but that’s only for one week! Why take the next three off afterward and leave us hanging for so long?

Who knew making him Hydra would turn him into one of the most interesting characters to grace this television series? How crazy will it be for Daisy to be dating him again? How much self-control will it take her to not straight-up murder him the moment she sees his face in person?

But most importantly, how will the Framework react to her not going with its programming? Daisy is going to have a fit trying to deal with Ward, and the Framework hasn’t programmed her to respond accordingly…

It’s going to be tons of fun, just you wait.
