15. Baby Firefly (House of 1000 Corpses/The Devil’s Rejects)

Baby Firefly’s laugh in 2003’s House of 1000 Corpses is intensely irritating, but don’t let that fool you. As much as you may be initially annoyed by her, Baby Firefly is too dangerous to completely dismiss. And, as much as you may want to ignore the Rob Zombie films of both House of 1000 Corpses and The Devil’s Rejects, they’ve given us a truly unhinged villain with Baby.

Given that Baby is one of the youngest and most conventionally attractive members of her murderous clan, she’s the perfect lure. In the outside world, Baby works to draw in future victims for other members of the Firefly family. Despite the laugh, she initially appears to be fun-loving and up for a good time. Pretty attractive for a lot of road trippers, right?

However, she’s already got an extensive criminal record at age twenty-nine – Baby’s wanted for murder, grand theft auto, and armed robbery, among many other offenses. In the second film, The Devil’s Rejects, she becomes even more vicious and sadistic. Still, it seems hard for victims to catch onto all of this while she’s drawing them in. By the time they figure out just how bad Baby really is, it’s far, far too late.
