The 100: Nadia Hilker Teases Tonight’s Luna and Raven Moment

Entertainment Weekly recently spoke to Nadia Hilker about her character as Luna in The CW’s the 100 and she’s teasing something between her and Raven.

It all began with a simple comment made by Hilker in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly about her role in The 100. She teases a “beautiful moment between Raven and Luna” on tonight’s episode of The CW apocalyptic hit. Now, I’m not one to jump to conclusions but I could definitely get behind a budding friendship or relationship or whatever between this night blooded softy and a super brained badass. Laven? Runa? They both roll right off the tongue, don’t you think?

Last episode, Raven caught a glimpse of Luna during a very emotional moment. A little girl who Luna had become close to was dying in her arms from the radiation poisoning. Raven had stormed into med bay just in time to watch it all go down. Will the two develop a connection tonight that will lead to something larger in the future?

All ship’s aside though, Hilker also teased more about this upcoming episode titled “A Guarded Lie.”   She describes the episode with words like “action” and “acceptance.” When asked about where her character is going this season, she replied, “Luna wants to do good. She’s one of the few good people with principals and integrity.” When we were introduced to Luna last season, it was clear that she had sworn off from killing people. Will that mindset continue this season? “I don’t want to say she turns into a bad person because whatever she does, she still does for humanity because she believes in humanity, but in order to do that, she might have to do something bad.” Looks like she’s putting the past behind her. Her idea of “bad” could just help them save the human race.
