Next week’s episodes of Girls, Big Little Lies, and Crashing would normally air on Sunday, February 26. Instead, HBO is releasing them on streaming platforms on Friday, February 24.
HBO knows the struggle. This weekend is the Oscars, one of the biggest events of the cinematic year. And while we can’t wait to watch the award ceremony on Sunday, we were super bummed about missing some of our favorite Sunday-night shows. Thankfully, HBO has taken care of that problem! The network just announced that they will be releasing next week’s episodes of some of their biggest shows on Friday, February 24, instead!
The shows include Big Little Lies, the buzz-worthy drama that premiered just this past weekend. Girls, a perennial HBO favorite, and Crashing, a new comedy, will also be released Friday. These shows won’t be airing on HBO live. But HBO is releasing the episodes on their streaming platforms, including HBO GO and HBO NOW, as well as HBO On Demand and its affiliate portals.
HBO will release the following episodes early, on Friday, February 24.
