The Walking Dead Season 7, Episode 10 “New Best Friends” Synopsis

The Walking Dead returns this Sunday with a better look at how Rick Grimes and his crew are going to fight (and win) against Negan.

We left off on a pretty weird note last week. Rick Grimes was surrounded by people with weapons and masks and you’d think he’d be a little scared at what he’s gotten himself into. Instead, we ended the episode with a smile from Rick. Odd. But this is The Walking Dead and a new season is upon us, so I’m ready for odd.

But that still leaves the question: Why the heck was Rick Grimes grinning like he just found the answer to all of his problems?

Well, it’s probably because he just did.

I couldn’t have been the only one gazing at my screen, silently whispering to myself, “So many people … SO MANY PEOPLE.” Whoever this new group is, I have a feeling they’re going to come in handy soon.  I have a feeling we’re about to make some new best friends.

"“On the search for a missing Alexandrian, Rick and his group encounter a mysterious collective, its inhabitants unlike any they have come across.”"

Unlike they’ve ever come across!? Sign me up. We’re gearing up for an exciting episode this weekend. While Rick Grimes is meeting these new (hopeful) friends, maybe Carol is talking King Ezekiel into helping during the fight as well?

Or maybe Ezekiel just tempted her with more fruit or something. Either way, Carol is back in the picture and I hope she stays for awhile. Because like I’ve said time and time again, I desperately need a Carol/Daryl reunion.
