Full Frontal With Samantha Bee Tops Late Night TV in Key Demo

Samantha Bee’s Full Frontal on TBS has outranked The Tonight Show and Last Week Tonight for TV’s number 1 Late Night show.

Our very own Samantha Bee is coming out on top of the late night TV world this week. Her hit show Full Frontal is the #1 late night show for adults 18-34. This beat out The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon by 47% and Last Week Tonight With John Oliver by 10% in the demo. It’s almost #2 for adults 18-49, only second to Last Week Tonight (but c’mon, you can’t beat John Oliver at everything, Sam).

Full Frontal gets about 3.4 million viewers every Wednesday night and that number is only increasing. This includes watching live and on digital platforms.

It’s no surprise that her popularity has gone up recently. She’s one of the only people on TV right now who will literally hold nothing back about our current political state. Her segments basically pummel Donald Trump to the ground and her viewers are clearly loving it.

In just the past two weeks, Samantha Bee’s personal twitter has gained over 61,000 new followers, showing a dramatic movement to this show and this woman in general.

Now is the time we need more honestly on television and that’s exactly what Sam Bee is doing on her show. She’s bringing us the truth, but always sprinkles it with a little humor. She makes me almost believe that I can get through these next four years with Donald Trump as my president. And that’s really saying something.

So, to four more years with Sam Bee’s Full Frontal leading late night TV. I guess she has President Trump to thank for this one, huh? I doubt we’ll be seeing a thank you anytime soon though.
