Here’s a First Look at the Klingons for Star Trek Discovery

Star Trek Discovery’s filming is underway and we have an accidental sneak peek and what the klingons are going to look like in the new show.

Want to see what the klingons look like in the new Star Trek Discovery series? Well, you had to have looked really quickly. Earlier, someone shared a behind the scenes shot of the klingons hanging out but it was quickly removed.

Probably for extremely obvious reasons. Like the secrecy the show is trying to maintain. For a show that is as highly anticipated as this one, we know very little outside of who the cast is. So for a leaked picture of what the klingons look like in full costumes, it is a pretty big deal.

The caption on the original picture read “Hanging out with my new klingon crew today on set of the new #startrek”. We don’t know who posted it, as the source on iO9 blocked out the account information. But hopefully whoever took this didn’t end up losing their job over it.

It is an exciting glimpse into the series. So far, it has been so all over the place with changes and who is and who isn’t running the show that it is nice to see the production actually going and, seemingly, going well.

With an all star cast and the Star Trek name to back them, this series is definitely going to be one you don’t want to miss. Now we just need it to hurry up and get to CBS All-Access so we can actually watch it.

We still don’t have a date for when Star Trek Discovery starts but at least we know that the klingons look pretty cool.
