Derek Morgan – Criminal Minds

My major complaint with Criminal Minds‘ treatment of Derek Morgan is that he didn’t take his shirt off more. Shemar Moore has a piercing stare, an analytical mind and the broadest chest of any man I’ve ever seen. That’s probably why he’s so great at solving crimes.

In his line of work, specializing in fixations and obsessions, Derek has seen a lot of ish. I mean, some of those crime scenes will haunt your dreams. He’s tracked down some of the countries most dangerous criminals, charging into situations that would unnerve even the most brave among us. In the midst of all those horrible, terrible scenes, Derek has kept a cool head and remained completely unflappable. I don’t know how you’d react when a severed rolls your way, but probably not as calm as this special agent.

When most people would run screaming for the hills or curl up in the fetal position in shock, Derek switches into go-mode. It doesn’t seem like you’d be able to spook him very easily, and that could make him a very convenient boyfriend. Unless you are secretly a serial killer or deranged psychopath, there’s probably nothing that could ever happen in your life than what happens in this work week.
