“Kitten Bowl” is a feline catstravaganza presented in association with North Shore Animal League America (the nation’s largest no-kill shelter and animal adoption organization) and Last Hope Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. Hosted by Beth Stern, TV personality and national spokesperson for North Shore Animal League America, “Kitten Bowl” is a star-studded lineup that includes legendary New York Yankees radio voice John Sterling and award-winning reporter, sports analyst and commentator Mary Carillo as “Kitten Bowl’s” official play-by-play announcer, and Boomer Esiason as the Feline Football League’s (FFL) Commissioner. Name: Paw-dell Beckham Jr.

Position / Style: Fry Receiver

Demeanor: Dazed

Nickname: “Sir Sushi”

Hangs at: The Kit Kat Club with Meowly Cyrus

Plays: The Stalk Market

Quote: “My meow is worse than my bite.”

This kitten does not look dazed. In fact, Paw-dell looks alarmed. Poor Paw-dell looks like someone caught him with his paw in the catnip jar. The New York Giants must be missing one of their best players. Of course, the Beckham Jr. litter is filled with incredible athletes, but none so prolific as Paw-dell, who can make the catch with just a single paw.

Name: Spuds MacMuffin

Position / Style: Halfcat

Nickname: “The Cat’s Meow”

Demeanor: Bemused

Diet: MICE (Mackeral, Iguana, Cod, Earthworms)

Favorite Actress: Jennifer Clawrence

Quote: “Always think outside the litterbox.”

How funny that Spuds MacMuffin’s favorite cat-tress happens to be Os-cat Winner (she won an A-cat-demy Award, right? It’s so hard to keep track of which awards shows she’s tripped at) Jennifer Clawrence, who starred in her own version of the Kitten Bowl in a little series known as The Hunger Games. More recently, Clawrence appears onscreen as Aurora Lane in Cat-ssengers. You know what else Spuds and Clawrence have in common? Rubbing their butts where they probably shouldn’t.
