“Kitten Bowl” is a feline catstravaganza presented in association with North Shore Animal League America (the nation’s largest no-kill shelter and animal adoption organization) and Last Hope Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. Hosted by Beth Stern, TV personality and national spokesperson for North Shore Animal League America, “Kitten Bowl” is a star-studded lineup that includes legendary New York Yankees radio voice John Sterling and award-winning reporter, sports analyst and commentator Mary Carillo as “Kitten Bowl’s” official play-by-play announcer, and Boomer Esiason as the Feline Football League’s (FFL) Commissioner. Name: Noodle

Position / Style: Spring Guard

Nickname: “Black Mamba”

Watches: CBS (Cats Broadcasting System)

Won’t Get: Fooled again

Quote: “The best things in life aren’t fleas.”

Obviously, there can only one Black Mamba in each sport. In basketball, it’s Kobe Bryant. But in the Kitten Bowl, it’s Noodle, King of Nood. I don’t know who fooled poor Noodle the first time, but it’s up to us to stop it from happening again. In a good home, Noodle will never have to be fooled again. Can’t we just let Noodle watch his CBS all day long? Just let Noodle nood. Preferably, flea-free.

Name: Mew Brees

Position / Style: Stalk End

Demeanor: Menacing

Nickname: “Catillac”

Posts on: Instagrab

Favorite Film: “A Streetcat Named Desire”

Quote: “Something smells fishy here.”

Alternative nicknames: “Vampire Kitten.” Alternative post site: Cat-stagram. “Mewwwww!” While Mew Drees certainly looks a little more tenacious than the other kittens, I hesitate to consider this cute little kitty a menace. There’s no such thing as a menacing kitten, just misunderstood kittens who need to find another outlet for their mischief that doesn’t include ruining furniture or scratching the wall. Like football.
