Here are 25 of the Best Super Bowl Half Time Performances Ever
5. Bruce Springsteen
The Boss can do no wrong. That’s it. Everything about Bruce Springsteen is epic and amazing and honestly he is still performing at 67 years old and it is live he never aged.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, for the next 12 minutes, we’re going to be bringing the righteous and mighty power of the E Street Band into your beautiful home. I want you to step back from the guacamole dip, I want you to put the chicken finger down and turn your television all the way up. And what I want to know is is there anybody alive out there? Is there anybody alive out there?”
That’s how he started this. Right there we should have known it would have been epic. But then he started playing “Tenth Avenue Freeze Out” and we definitely knew it was going to be amazing. To this day, people still talk about this. Bruce slide into the camera! And the Big Man played his sax like it was the easiest thing in the world.
If you’re not a fan of Bruce, I guess that’s fine but you have to know that this is absolutely amazing to watch. He is one of the greatest performers we have and the Boss is just incredible.
