10. The Rolling Stones

It’s the Rolling Stones. That’s it. You shouldn’t need an explanation as to why this was great. Have you seen Mick Jagger’s hips still? He’s super old but still can move his hips like he’s 20. You’d think that rock star lifestyle would have gotten to him and yet here we are.

They sang their classics because of course they did. What do you expect them to sing? “Wild Horses” at the Super Bowl? And it was pretty much the same feel the Who had. It was just that band we all grew up listening to performing live for us all.

The thing about Mick Jagger and Keith Richards is that those two should definitely not have survived the 70s and yet here they are. I say that with the most affection. I love the Stones and I love Mick and Keith. But the amount of drugs these two ingested is pure insanity and to see them still move and play the way they do?

That’s the most amazing part of all.

And they’re still this way! This performance was in 2006 but they’re still alive and playing and it is just crazy to see and if they wanted to do the halftime performance again, I’m 99% sure everyone would be into it.
