13. Madonna

“What a spectacle,” is definitely an accurate thought for this performance. It’s high up for the production quality behind it. There was about a million random dudes carrying Madonna out on a huge chair thing while she sang “Vogue”. Which, is now Roman or Egyptian themed?

Really Madonna will forever be stranger than Lady Gaga to me and most think Gaga is too weird for them. I don’t understand the thought behind it especially since part way through “Vogue” there was a whole montage of the magazine cover. So why she had on a headdress and people were dressed like Roman gods is beyond me.

And you’re probably asking yourself, maybe it had to do with the overall performance right? Wrong. She instantly took it off and then men in white jumpsuits came out while a man did tight rope tricks. Honestly this is one of the weirdest things I’ve ever watched and we are in 2017. She had it mashed up with “Party Rock Anthem” and that right there should confirm how weird this was.

Again, for Madonna, that’s saying a lot. Especially since she had Nikki Minaj show up and they were all cheerleaders and just watch it, it’s too hard to explain.
