Another Morning, Another Stephen Colbert Clip Cringing at Trump
Stephen Colbert returns with his nightly “Dump on Trump” segments and this time, he’s talking the National Prayer Breakfast, Australia, and Schwarzenegger.
Another episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and of course, we’re still talking Trump, because apparently there’s nothing better to talk about these days. Let’s kick this off with Donald Trump insulting Arnold Schwarzenegger at the National Prayer Breakfast…
“You heard that correctly – your ears did not deceive you,” Colbert reassures. “The president used the National Prayer Breakfast to insult Arnold Schwarzenegger. I hear tomorrow he’s going to roast Rosie O’Donnell at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.”

Then in the second part of the clip, Colbert moves to Trump putting Iran on notice after firing a ballistic missile. And it’s not like this was done very professionally either. It was done via tweet. And what does “on notice” even mean? “On notice – do you know what that means? Because no one knows what that means.”
Colbert has an idea of what it means: “So when we say ‘on notice,’ I think we just mean: We noticed.”

Then, to wrap things up, we get a sneak peek of how the conversation between Trump and Australia went. Because what could possibly go wrong here!? Oh, a lot.
Here’s that clip that kicked off The Late Show last night:
How bad is it that I could actually imagine Trump saying these things over the phone to Australia!? I’ll answer that- very bad. The man doesn’t even like vegemite– that should’ve been released to the public by now, because what kind of person doesn’t like vegemite?
