7. Matt Smith

Matt Smith has been rumored to be returning as the Doctor once more. It would certainly be a first but it would also be pretty crazy, even for Doctor Who. But fans are making their voices heard, especially when it comes to Matt and taking over the show once more.

For someone like me, I’d be fine with it. Mainly because Eleven is my favorite Doctor and having him back as the Doctor would be a dream come true. His version of the Time Lord was fun and he made us laugh and cry and gave some of the best speeches the show has ever seen.
