Here are 13 Actors We Think Can Play the Next Doctor on Doctor Who

10. Noma Dumezweni

Noma is currently playing Hermione, the brightest witch of her age, on the West End. In Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Noma makes audiences cry each and every night by showing the strength that Hermione has.

So why not bring that to the Doctor? Plus Noma already knows what it is like to be on Doctor Who since she was on during David Tennant’s run as the Doctor. She played Captain Erisa Magambo in “Turn Left” and “Planet of the Dead”. And for the last few seasons, the trend seems to be casting actors who were once on the show before. So why not Noma?

In case you don’t remember, Capaldi was in “The Fires of Pompeii” as was Karen Gillan before either were cast as the Doctor and the companion. So it wouldn’t be outrageous to have Noma as the famed Time Lord.

Plus it would help get Potter fans a real glimpse at Noma’s abilities. So many across the world haven’t gotten to see her talent since the play is in London but her as the Doctor would bring her amazing ability to people all over the world.

It is also would just be awesome in general so hopefully, Noma is up to the task!
