Watch Millie Bobby Brown (and the Stranger Things Cast) React to SAG Win

Last night, the cast of Stranger Things took home the SAG Award for Best Ensemble Cast in a Drama Series. And suffice it to say, they were hyped.

Recently, I read an article from The Hollywood Reporter that basically said traditional television executives really hate Netflix. Or rather, they wish everyone would stop talking about Netflix. It’s the kind of reaction you’d expect from a sore loser who can’t stand watching Netflix and its uncapped budget steal all the awards and constantly garner critical acclaim.

But Netflix churns out good content — that you can watch limitlessly for less than $20/month. And more importantly, it’s home to some of the cutest child actors of recent memory. Cute in the sense that they’re effortlessly cooler and dorkier than I’ll most likely ever be.

And last night, the entire cast of Stranger Things pulled the win they deserve: Best Ensemble in a Drama Series.

In addition to David Harbour’s stunning speech that gave us all a new spectrum of facial reactions from Winona Ryder, the kid cast was jumping up and down with excitement. I mean, pure, innocent, unabashed excitement. It added five years to my life just watching them. Plus, one star in particular — Millie Bobby Brown, who was also up for Best Female Actor — went as far as naming her Actor / SAG Award, Jeff.

Just plain ol’ Jeff the SAG.

She posted a sweet video to Instagram elaborating her gratitude and told everyone to, “Meet Jeff.”

Of course, Millie Bobby Brown’s not the only one moved to near tears because of their win. The entire cast including Brown, Harbour, Ryder, Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Finn Wolfhard, Matthew Modine, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Shannon Purser and many others were all there to accept their awards.

But let’s be real, it’s all about the kids.
