14 Things That Will Shape Season 4 of The 100

I need to talk about Raven and Clarke for a minute because I think this is my favorite relationship on the show. Think about it. Think about all they’ve been through together. One word: Finn. If this was any other television show (say, One Tree Hill) then these two girls would be going at each others throats about this one guy.

But. They’re. Not. Because just like everything else in The 100, it’s about surviving, not about fighting over boys or defining your sexuality or gossiping with your friends. These kids are just trying to make it through another day on the ground. So this love triangle was simply non-news. The two girls can get past this “drama” that he caused and still work together to save their people, and they’ve continued to do this season after season. They care about one another; that’s obvious.

Their relationships continues to be one of my favorites and a critical one as we enter season 4. Let’s be honest, strong girls who trust one another and rely on one another get shit done. And I think we need to get some serious shit accomplished by season’s end. Like saving the world or something?
