Tom Felton attending A Celebration of Harry Potter in Orlando

Tom Felton, who played Draco Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies, is attending A Celebration of Harry Potter at the Universal Orlando Resort.

Universal’s A Celebration of Harry Potter event, a three-day festival dedicated to all things in the wizarding world, kicks off tomorrow at the Universal Orlando Resort. (For clarity’s sake, it runes from January 27 through the 29th.) There’ll be panel discussions with people from the series, demonstrations, cosplay as far as the eye can see, and more.

We already know about several of the actors who are attending the festivities. They include Matthew Lewis (Neville Longbottom), Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy) and Warwick Davis (Professor Flitwick). Now, Universal has announced another guest.

In celebration, I will now post this GIF:

Well, that was enjoyable.

Anyway, this means there’ll be a Malfoy family reunion of sorts between Isaacs and Felton. Hopefully they’ll appear on the same panel. Tickets to the Celebration are still available at Universal’s website.

Felton has done quite a bit of acting since graduating from the Harry Potter series in 2011 with Deathly Hallows — Part 2. He had a hand in accidentally setting off an ape revolution in Rise of the Planet of the Apes, starred alongside Joseph Fiennes in the Biblical drama Risen, and is currently part of the main cast on The CW’s The Flash.

But to Harry Potter fans he’ll always be Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter’s irascible, platinum blonde nemesis. Expect him to suffer through a couple of dirty looks from attendees who can’t quite get over what a jerk Draco is onscreen.

We’ll be bringing you all the news from the Celebration when it kicks off tomorrow! Word is there will be an announcement or two. Stay tuned.
