The youngest Stark girl has grown so much in this series, and it’s hard to tell if she’s headed for good or evil sometimes. We have a few reasons why Arya Stark is our leading lady of Westeros!
It’s been quite the long road for the youngest Stark lady. When we last saw Arya Stark, she was smiling down at Lord Walder Frey after callously cutting his throat. She’s finally hopped across the Narrow Sea and rejoined what appears to be her destiny in Westeros. How deeply involved she will be in the winter war to come? We don’t know. So for now, we’re just going to recap some of our favorite things about Arya and what led her to become the brave, smart, sometimes cold warrior we’ve grown to love.
Whether she’s in the North, the South, on the high seas, or learning new customs in Essos, Arya has the skills and life experiences which make her one of Thrones’ most fascinating characters. She seems to be wrestling with the duality of who she is, whether she’s in the light or dark, and where her place actually is in the world. We’re excited to see how far she’ll go in Season 7 and (hopefully) beyond.
As with any Game of Thrones post, there’s going to be a lot of spoilers so if you haven’t watched the series in its entirety, you maybe a little lost. That being said, please enjoy 25 reasons why Arya Stark is our leading lady of Westeros.
