Tickle Your Tastebuds with these Decadent Gelato Flower Ice Cream Cones
i-Creamy, an Australian ice cream parlor, creates stunning bouquets of Gelato Flower Ice Cream Cones to satisfy your sweet tooth!
When it comes to the latest food trends, I’m always on the prowl for something beautiful and delicious. That’s why I couldn’t help but share these decadent Gelato Flower Ice-Cream Cones. I love desserts of all shapes, sizes and flavors but there’s something even more satisfying about this majestic ice-cream treat. It’s both pleasing to the eye and a joy to eat.
Traditional ice cream cones can be a bit boring. And, we live in a world where we embrace fresh, colorful, new ideas.
That’s why i-Creamy, an Australian ice-cream parlor, re-invented the cool, creamy dessert. They take a waffle cone and adorn it with stunning flower petals using a special shoehorned shape spatula.
What’s more? The flavors are unheard of here in America but native to co-owner Pichaporn Sapsittiporn’s Thailand roots:
"“We are all Thai, so we wanted to develop Asian flavours,” Pichaporn continued. “You might find some bright orange Thai milk tea, black sesame, or white chocolate made with miso.”"
Pretty ice cream cones and international flavors, what’s not to love? According to their website, i-Creamy serves about 150 different flavors and rotates between 24 flavors of gelato each day. Their gelato is made from fresh Australian milk, cream and eggs.
If you’re wondering, the word “gelato” means “ice cream” in Italian but differs from the American-style. Traditional gelato has much more milk and less egg yolks and cream. Also, it contains less air, which makes it silkier and denser than ice cream.
