9. Sherlock, John, and the Baby

At the end of the season, John Watson, Sherlock Holmes and Rosamund Watson were all together in 221B Baker Street and it made us fall in love. Mainly because it was absolutely adorable. But the best part, and why this is on the list, was when Sherlock is holding the baby.

It’s not like Sherlock is a complete monster but when we see little moments like him holding Rosie, it is just shocking. We get to watch him have fun and love being around John and his daughter and it just makes him more human to us.

The fact that Sherlock is open to basically playing house with John is surprising too. Yes John Watson is his best friend but the fact that a baby would be living with them is something completely different.

He didn’t warm up to Mary that quickly but it seemed like Sherlock really took to Rosamund and it was really beautiful. There is something so special about watching someone like Sherlock have all these people surrounding him and him loving them in his own way. He got to go and play music with his sister while also still being Sherlock. We rarely get to see it so those little moments are just so wonderful.
