Sherlock came back this year and fans were excited to see their favorites back in action. So we’re outlining the 11 most shocking moments from season 4.

Sherlock came back after years on hiatus and we got a pretty great fourth season, but there were plenty of shocking moments. Honestly, if wouldn’t be Sherlock if there weren’t a ton of twists and turns that we never saw coming.

Every season leaves us with so many burning questions and even though this one didn’t end on a cliff hanger, it still left us with so many questions to ask. First of all, is this the end to Sherlock as a whole? The show hasn’t been very clear on whether or not it would be returning for a fifth season, and the finale didn’t really help us figure that out.

But even if the fourth season is the last for Sherlock, there are still so many journeys that John Watson and Sherlock Holmes have to go on together. Maybe that is just a fan talking, but no matter what, this season only made fans excited about the show once more.
