The 100 Season 4 Poster Released and It’s Quite Literally On Fire

A new season of The CW’s The 100 is quickly approaching. The release of this season’s poster is giving fans more insight of what’s to come.

When we left off at the end of season 3, Clarke Griffin was finding out that the world was going to end in the short span of 6 months- 96% of the earth would become inhabitable by nuclear radiation (yet again). Which leaves us all to wonder, how will she save the world this time?

The poster for season 4 was released this morning and it pretty much looks like it’s skaikru against the world again.

Check out the poster that E!News dropped today:

The top of the poster reads, “From the ashes we will rise.” Which is convenient, seeing as the arc is burning to the ground.

Of course, we’ve been through this for three seasons. Clarke and her gang have somehow managed to escape death by pulling levers and pressing buttons, but is there a lever to pull to stop the world from ending?  Showrunner Jason Rothenberg isn’t much help in answering that question:

"“If you can’t stop the end of the world, how can you find hope? Some people will cling to their loved ones, some people will fight to their last breath, and some people are just done fighting … It’s human nature to save our families, our friends first. Can you take a little bit less for yourself in order to let somebody else have something?“"

We’ll just have to wait and watch season 4 to find out what happens. Until then, watch the trailer on repeat, like I’ve been doing:

So, is she going to save the world again? Or are they just going to all go out like Jasper (who doesn’t want to just survive, he wants to live)?
