1. Diego Luna
Diego Luna may not have outright said anything to make him a feminist but it is in the little things that makes this Star Wars hunk important. Luna, who stars as Cassian Andor in the new film Rogue One, plays second fiddled to the lead, who just happens to be a woman.
It is the new trend in Star Wars movies to have the woman be the lead. Wonder why that started? Maybe it was because women have always ruled the Star Wars universe. Remember how Princess Leia saved Han Solo and Luke Skywalker in Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope? Well, that was one of the iconic moments in feminism history.
So having a man be a secondary lead to a woman and having him promote the movie with such joy? That makes Diego pretty special in our eyes. And he’s a huge advocate for presentation in media as well. Plus any man who respects women and their right to love whatever they want makes him a pretty ideal man in our eyes.
Diego Luna is a great man and we’re lucky to have him on our side as we all still fight for equality and acceptance in this world.
