Sailor Moon fans would probably enjoy fighting evil by moonlight and winning love by daylight just a little more with these new necklaces.
Sailor Moon has enjoyed a bit of a renaissance as of late. After all, the animated remake, Sailor Moon Crystal, aired its third season last year, and Funko even released a series of Pop! figurines, including one for Tuxedo Mask. In fact, the series will celebrate its 25th anniversary this year, since the manga first started running in 1992. Basically, it’s a good time to be a Sailor Moon fan.
Sapphire Studios appears to also be aware of this. (We’ll tip our hats to Fashionably Geek as well.) As a result, they’ve released a new collection of necklaces inspired by the Moon Stick, a pretty powerful weapon in the soldier of love and justice’s arsenal. However, the design adds floral elements as well.

According to the product page, this variant is entirely sterling silver, with the two stones both .25 carats. However, the page also notes that this isn’t official merchandise, although it is pretty nice.
For those who wouldn’t mind a pop of color, there are two more versions of the necklace. Here’s one with white and yellow gold:
The two major stones are the same size as the other sterling silver pendant, but the white and yellow gold adds a nice touch of color. The gold color does remind us a bit of Sailor Moon’s hair, too, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
Finally, there’s a rose gold version:
Okay, the color of the rose gold has to be a nod to Sailor Mini Moon. That’s what I’m choosing to believe, anyway. Additionally, you’re able to choose between natural diamonds and lab-created stones, with the latter option more affordable.

Honestly, if I had to pick, I’d go with the all-sterling silver version, but these necklaces are great additions to any Moonie’s collection.
