On Twitter, J.K Rowling has not been holding back. She speaks her mind and makes sure everyone knows how she feels. And, she’s struck again.
J.K Rowling is an author that many of us follow on Twitter and love. Others are unfollowing her for her political messages but no matter whether or not you follow the author responsible for our favorite series, you have to admire her snark.
A lot of the time, people tweet at celebrities and don’t really care about the outcome. Jimmy Kimmel is known for showing those tweets by having said celebrities read them on his show. But now Rowling is doing her own spin on “Celebrities Read Mean Tweets” by just calling them out.
Recently, someone asked Rowling where she wanted to go most in this world. Her response? Honestly not what you’d expect.

The Harry Potter author decided to be snarky rather than sincere and after all the annoying mentions she gets on Twitter, can anyone really blame her? Constantly fans of her beloved series question her motives and complain to her and finally, it seems, Rowling is fed up.
It all really shows us what the life of a celebrity on Twitter is like. If your fan doesn’t like something, they don’t shy away from not telling them. Especially with J.K Rowling since so many have told her to “go to hell” over the last few years. So the next time you want to tell the author of your favorite series to “go to hell”, maybe don’t.
