The Pittsburgh natives that used to go by the name Code Orange Kids have their new album coming out this Friday. The band, who started in the underground rock scene in 2012, has certainly been working their way through the ranks.

Their newest album, Forever, is supposed to be an amazing return to the rock music of old mixed with their modern flare and should be one of the best albums the band has ever released.

There is no tracklist as of now.

Colony House, Only The Lonely

The alternative rock feel of Colony House’s new single makes me super excited for the album as a whole. With a sound akin to Arctic Monkeys, the band is surely to make waves with this new album. Danny Gokey, Rise

Fans of American Idol (if those still exist) might remember Danny Gokey from there. But if you didn’t recognize him from the show, you sure would recognize him from the sound of this album. 3. Rise
4. Masterpiece
5. The Comeback

Julie Byrne, Not Even Happiness

Julie Byrne is a New York singer-songwriter whose music truly makes you feel like staring out at a snowing landscape. No really, her music seems to fit into every indie movie scene you’ve ever loved and, if you’re someone like me, that’s what you want your music to sound like.

The Band of Heathens, Duende

The Flaming Lips, Oczy Mlody

The Flaming Lips have been around for years. You know that song from 50 First Dates  about having the most beautiful face? That would be the Flaming Lips classic “Do You Realize??” that is also featured in about a million other movies.

They are a pretty well known band, and this new song is just as amazing. One of the tracks also includes their double punctuation, so of course it’s going to be good.
