What was Going On with Jeff Bridges and Colin Farrell?

The Golden Globes were filled with weird happenings but it seems like no one caught what was going on between Jeff Bridges and Colin Farrell.

Jeff Bridges and Colin Farrell know each other from their work in Crazy Heart. The two had played musicians who once played together and Farrell’s character ended up famous while Bridges was struggling. It is a great movie and ended with Jeff Bridges winning the Oscar for his work.

But that doesn’t explain why Jeff Bridges and Colin Farrell were literally holding each other’s faces and having a heart to heart behind Casey Affleck while Brie Larson announced the nominees for Best Performance by a Lead Actor in a Film, Drama.

So what in god’s creation was going on between the two? It honestly looked inspiring and like Jeff was giving Colin advice but with everything that happened last night, this moment seemed to get lost in the shuffle of Ryan Reynolds kissing Andrew Garfield and the Conservatives table hating Meryl Streep’s speech.

Hoping soon someone will rewatch and discover this moment and ask what was going on so we have some answers. Because honestly, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about anything since.
