Game of Thrones: Hodor Answers Your Burning Questions

Kristian Nairn, the actor who played Hodor, is funny and verbose and amazing to watch and now, he answers questions about the beloved character.

Kristian Nairn portrayed Hodor in a way that instantly made him a fan favorite. So it comes as no surprise that fans wanted to ask him some questions when he did a lengthy question and answer session at the University College Dublin.

In an hour long interview, Kristian answered the students questions and was open about his time on Game of Thrones and even his favorite episode! You can watch the entire interview below.

His favorite episode is “The Door” which isn’t that surprising but his favorite character? That one is a little more interesting. When asked who he loves the most, Kristian responded with a surprising Cersei. Following it up by saying “I like a good Disney witch.”

He went on to continue to name strong female characters as his favorite, which only makes us love Kristian a little more. And who does he want to see on the Iron Throne? Brienne of Tarth because she doesn’t want it and would rule fairly.

But the saddest part of all was when fans asked him if he forgave Bran for his hand in Hodor’s death. The simple answer? No.

The entire interview was really amazing and gave us some insight into Kristian Nairn that we didn’t have before. That and he also admitted that Catelyn Stark’s death was the one that hurt him most so it made us love Kristian just that little bit more.
