Meet the National Tour Cast of Hamilton: An American Musical

There seems to be production after production of Hamilton appearing but now, we have the cast for the National Tour and they’re amazing!

We have some information about the Hamilton national tour casting! Fortunately for us, we get Rory O’Malley, Josh Henry, and Michael Luwoye, who will take on King George, Aaron Burr, and Alexander Hamilton respectively.

Luwoye made history when he played both A Ham himself, and the damn fool who shot him in the Broadway production of the show. Josh Henry currently plays Aaron Burr in the Chicago production, and Rory is leaving the Broadway production to play the role on tour.

The thing about the show is that it is revolutionary. A period drama about Alexander and the man who shot him, Aaron Burr, wouldn’t sound interesting to many young audiences. And yet here were are in 2017, and living in the world of Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr once more.

The show is amazing. Plus, the soundtrack has won constant awards and praise. And all of it is helping creator and original star Lin-Manuel Miranda to get an EGOT win this year. But with these countless productions of the musical, they’re hoping it can reach out to more fans. So many people want to see the production, but they can’t because they do not live in Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York.

With the national tour though, they can, potentially, reach as many fans as possible. There’s no word on whether or not the amazing $10 lotto system will be in effect for the national tour, but we’re sure if Lin has something to say about it, it will!

So if you ever get a ticket to the show, you can enjoy amazing cast after amazing cast! The problem is just making enough money to buy a ticket to see this award winning musical.
