Ed Sheeran Drops Two Brand New Songs and They’re Great
We’ve waited quite some time for some new Ed Sheeran music but the wait is finally over. And Ed gave us two new songs since we had to wait so long!
Love Ed Sheeran but have some bad blood between the two of you since he waited so long to give us new music? Well, you can finally put that grudge behind you because he gave us not one, but two brand new singles!
Ed came on the scene a few years ago with his rap/pop hybrid that fans die over. And we can’t forget his amazing ballads or even the songs he wrote for One Direction, but his own music is why we love this amazing ginger man.
So when he decided to go away for quite some time and not give us more music, we were exactly happy about it. And I think that Ed knew that, and that’s why he decided that we deserved two new songs at once!
The first is a song entitled “Shape Of You”, and is definitely a fun dance song where Ed sings about loving the shape of your body. He also wants you to be his baby. How can you say no?
Then, “Castle on the Hill” is a bit more of an heart-wrenching song about trying to get back home after being away for some time. To anyone who’s moved away from home, this song can feel extremely special. It’s hard to leave our homes, but when we get to go back, it can feel like we never left at all.
