10. Taye Diggs

Now, he has grown from just doing musicals to being in movies and being a household name, but Taye Diggs got his start on the Great White Way. Famous for his role in RENT as Benny, Diggs showed us that even the villain of a musical can be hot.

Since, he has gone on to star in countless musicals and movies and, most recently, he took over as Hedwig in Hedwig and the Angry Inch. He showed us that even in a mini-skirt, he can make all our dreams come true.

Taye is pretty famous for his work, but also for his relationship with ex-wife Idina Menzel. Now, you can find him on shows like Empire and making cameos all over the place. But really, we want Taye back in a musical. Listening to him sing those high notes.

So here, to make us remember the good ol’ days, is Taye playing Fiero opposite his ex-wife’s Elphaba singing “As Long As You’re Mine”.

Basically, Taye is hot and Broadway is lucky that he is one of ours. Now we just have to get him back a little sooner rather than later. Come back and sing us to sleep Taye, we need it!
