9. Agents of Change

"I have always believed that women are not victims. We are agents of change, we are drivers of progress, we are makers of peace–all we need is a fighting chance."

This quote means a lot because it shows each and every girl out there that women are important. We are the ones who can bring peace and change the world. We just need the world to give us a chance to do it.

Part of the problem is that the men in the world are threatened by women because she truly have a prowess they do not understand. Look at Hillary for example! So many men during this election were afraid of her.

They didn’t want to admit it because then they’d be labeled as sexist but it is true. They didn’t want a powerful woman in charge because they couldn’t relate to her. A woman threatened their well being because she’d want other women to be more important.

And so that is how Hillary lost the election. But her message still remains. If given the chance, women can show just how capable we are and how powerful we all can be. We just need to be given the platform to do it.
