50 Times Hillary Clinton was Inspiring to Everyone

10. Hill at Law School

We have talked about Hillary’s experiences at Yale for law school but it is so important to outline just how amazing her rise to her degree was. She told Humans of New York that no one wanted her there.

The best part of this story isn’t just that Hillary rose above the men and proved herself. It was that she never gave up. She forced everyone to see her succeed because they told her that she couldn’t do it. When she took her law school admissions test, they told her that if she scored higher that she would be taking the spot away from a man.

To that, Hillary just continued on and proved herself and her worth. She could have easily given up right then, told them that they were right and that the men deserved it over her. But she didn’t. Instead, she proved why she deserved to be there and graduated with high honors.

It shows each and every girl out there that we do not have to give up our dreams because a man tells us to. We don’t have to sacrifice ourselves for any man out there because we are just as important as the man standing next to us.
