The Star Wars Holiday Special is infamous among fans for being terrible and here is why it actually is horrendous to try and watch.

The Star Wars Holiday Special has plagued us all for years. When we finally decide to watch it, we realize that it was a total mistake. Mainly because we have to suffer through the next hour and a half, and pray that we don’t claw our eyeballs out.

The special contains the weirdest group of guest stars and odd dance numbers that make no sense in a Star Wars movie. It is like someone watched the franchise and thought they possibly knew what they were talking about and made this weird special. It is horrendous.

So we’re going to outline the reasons why the Star Wars Holiday Special is absolutely terrible. So, from a drugged out Princess Leia singing a Christmas song to half of it being in Shyriiwook, meaning we cannot understand it, the Holiday Special is literally terrible and the fact that I’ve had to watch it twice makes me angrier than I would like to admit.

Now, here are 15 reasons why we should all forget this movie exists.
