10. Christmas at the Burrow
The Burrow is always filled with magical moments. But Christmas at the Burrow is something else entirely. In Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, we got to see Molly Weasley at the holidays. It is pretty much just as we all expected.
The Weasleys just have a way about them. You always know there is going to be some mayhem, lots of food, and a lot of love to go around. With Molly and Arthur, they always make sure that everyone is constantly taken care of.
But the best part of the Burrow Christmas was the fact that they made their garden gnome the topper on their Christmas tree. Ginny had done and amazing job of getting everything ready for the holiday and the fact that a gnome was their prize decoration just fit.
The Weasle’s always have a way of making everything just a little off, and it feels right that way. So a Christmas at the Burrow reminds us all of the magic the holiday really holds. Because, again, the Harry Potter movies really are Christmas movies. There are so many examples of it but this scene and seeing how the Weasleys celebrate the holiday makes everyone think of their own holiday experiences.
