Watch this epic mash-up of films released in 2016. Thank goodness we had so many films to get us through the mess of this year.
2016 was a year for the records and no, I’m not talking about the record for worst year ever. Although, maybe yes to that. But actually, the box office had a pretty good 2016 and hit $10 billion in record time. Creative editor Sleepy Skunk is known for annual film mash-ups and 2016 is no different. Using clips from films released this year the mash-up includes everything from 10 Cloverfield Lane to Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice to La La Land. Using three different songs and dialog from the films to create themes of each section, this mash-up will remind you that a few good films did come out of 2016.

Also mentioned on Sleepy Skunk’s Tumblr is the fact that it takes about a month to edit the mash-up. Wow, that’s pretty amazing. And bonus points for using a shot from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story before the film is even released.
