13. She knows when to put her foot down

Nothing gets by Sansa. She’s very perceptive, which can be credited to her time with both Tyrion and Littlefinger. They both know how to read people, and it’s something they taught Sansa to do, whether directly or indirectly. So when someone is acting a fool or talking crazy to her, she knows when it’s time to put an end to it. Mostly we’re reminded of that time she had to give Lord Robin Arryn the business end of her palm after he destroyed her Winterfell snow kingdom (“Mockingbird”). She wasn’t going to let this whimpering baby destroy something of hers.

She feels bad after she slaps him, but even Lord Baelish said it needed to be done. The kid was babied his entire life, he needed a firm slap, and it may as well have come from Sansa.

But we’re also reminded of the moment Littlefinger tried to kiss her again in Season 6’s “The Winds of Winter.” This time, unlike the few other times he snuck in a smooch, she stops him. He made his true intentions known to her; Wanting her by his side as he sits on the Iron Throne. All she can say to that is, “It’s a pretty picture.” Sansa has other things to worry about rather than being Littlefinger’s arm candy, and she knew to nip that kiss in the bud right away.
