21. Jango Fett

Honestly, we picked Jango for this honor over Boba because Jango Fett’s name is slightly less silly-sounding. Besides, Boba has apparently already gotten his chance, and that chance has been canceled as of late. Sorry, Boba Fett enthusiasts. Josh Trank will no longer have the chance to bring your favorite bounty hunter to life.

We’d like to know how Jango Fett and Count Dooku met on one of the moons of Bogdan, as Jango tells Obi-Wan during Attack of the Clones. How did Jango get his reputation as a deadly bounty hunter? It was probably the jetpack. Jetpacks are cool. How and where did he team up with Zam Wesell? Where’d he get the idea to claim to be Mandalorian, since he apparently isn’t?

What we’d really like is something along the lines of Tales of the Bounty Hunters turned into a series, or even a subset of the anthology films spanning the entire timeline. Alternatively, just create a New Tales of the Bounty Hunters that counts as canon. We wouldn’t complain much at all about that.

All we ask is that child Boba Fett feature nowhere in Jango’s stories, except maybe as a baby at some points. Star Wars does not always do well with children.
