She Should Run

Trump insulted Hillary Clinton when he called her a “Nasty Woman” during the third Presidential debate. Instantly, women all over the internet responded by claiming the #nastywoman motto as their own.

Many women are identifying with term as a way to promote solidarity, LGBTQ rights, education, racial equality and reproductive health care.

And of course, the main goal is to see more women in politics and eventually a woman in the White House.

If you want to see more women taking leadership roles in government, then donating your time or money to She Should Run makes sense. This non-profit began in 2008 with a mission to create a culture that influences women and girls to aspire for leadership roles.

"We believe that women of all backgrounds should have an equal shot at elected leadership and that our country will benefit from having a government with varied perspectives and experiences."

She Should Run started a popular campaign, “Ask a Woman to Run” which connects women who desire leadership roles with the encouragement and resources needed to make it a reality.
