7. She Admits When She’s Wrong

Although she doesn’t do it willingly, Leslie does normally apologize when she is wrong. It just takes a really long time for her to figure out how she wants to admit so. But then sometimes, when she realizes she did something wrong to one of her friends, she apologizes in such a heartfelt way that it breaks your heart.

When Leslie and Ron were fighting in season seven, the minute she realized it was because she stood Ron up when he was going to ask for a job, she instantly apologizes. That episode also continues to break hearts and make everyone cry when they Leslie and Ron fighting as they were.

Like everything else in Leslie’s life, she does everything with her whole heart and when she hurts one of her friends, she is so upset and makes sure to make it up to them. The only time she is really begrudging about her apologies is when she realizes she is wrong against someone like Joan Callamezzo or someone she doesn’t really respect that much.

Leslie is proud but she will willingly admit to when she is wrong. And her apologies are something special, just like Leslie herself. Meaning they are usually outlandish and huge.
