From April to Ann and even Andy, Leslie wants everyone around her to live their best lives and do everything they want. She works so hard to make sure April excels in everything she puts her mind to because Leslie is there behind her, cheering her on.

The thing about Leslie is that she wants everyone to work hard and do what she does. Yes, she knows that not everyone is going to work day in and day out like she does, but she wants everyone around her to be successful and happy. So she sees the best in everyone and makes them work just that little bit harder to keep up with her.

Leslie just wants everyone to be happy and she thinks that means that everyone needs to work as hard as she does. As the series goes on, she finds the balance for everyone around her and helps them excel in the areas of their lives that are important to them. But in the beginning, she thinks everyone should succeed in their careers.

But then as Leslie grows, she realizes that everyone feels successful in different areas of their lives and she aspires to help everyone work as hard as they can to get their goals no matter where those goals may be.
