Here Are 15 Reasons Why Leslie Knope Is Amazing

1. She is Determined

Leslie is the kind of determined that makes you tired just watching her. She literally gets recalled, takes one day to mope about it, and then turns around and wants to run for city council again. Who has that kind of determination? Only someone like Leslie.

But it makes us all want to work harder. We can see how much Leslie does in just one episode and it makes us think about what we try and do on a daily basis. Leslie Knope makes everyone want to be a better person because of how much she does in just one day for those around her.

Her determination is inspiring though because she works non stop to reach her goals. If all of us just put half her determination into everything we did, we’d be successful no matter what. Leslie teaches us all that we can do what we want if we just work for it.

If Leslie can raise a family, make binders upon binders of things, run a National Park Service and still maintain all her relationships over a plate of waffles, we all can get up and do what we need to in the morning to get through the day.
