14. He’s a Nerd

It is very clear that Eddie Redmayne is what we would affectionately refer to as a nerd. Not only did he major in History of Art in college but he also loves magic (as stated before). He continually gets overly excited about little tidbits of information and makes everyone want to listen to his weird stories.

He remembers all his small little parts and what he had to do for them and wants everyone else to geek out with him. It is infectious and makes us want to be into whatever Eddie is focusing on in that interview. We just want to be included in whatever makes him so happy.

He is just so fun to watch and when he gets overly excited, all of us want in. But sometimes, his nerdiness isn’t out in the open. His love of art is something that you really have to look for. He majored in art and it is clear that it is a passion of his. But he just loves all forms of expression.

Whether it be theater or art or music or whatever have you, Eddie loves it. The arts seem to make him a nerdy little boy who geeks out at every turn and it is part of why we love him.
